meet your photographer!
Hey y’all! I’m Zoey and my passion is photography! I currently attend Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana and am majoring in communications, concentrating in sports media, and minoring in photography! I love golden hour, flowers, hanging out with friends and capturing the sweet, special moments!
You can find me pretty much anywhere with my camera! Any NSU athleitcs event, with the Spirit of Northwestern Marching Band, or with my 446Sports family!
Back to the beginning—It all started when I was only 14, a freshman in highschool. I began bringing my moms old Canon Rebel T3i to baseball games, and I fell in love with sports photography. I played softball from t-ball all the way until my senior year, so sports have a soft spot in my heart.
In the fall of my sophomore year, I started working with the Grant Parish Chronicle to keep the parish updated with MHS sports! Since 2022, i’ve photographed sports, seniors, families, couples, and then some. I quickly decided this is what I want to do with my life. Fast forward, I’m having the time of my life throughout this journey. I love to find the beauty in everything I photograph, making memories for you to look back on for a lifetime.
